2. Scope

These terms govern your use of the ForChiefs Leadership Academy (“the Academy”), a digital learning platform accessible at this website.

3. Access and accounts

Access to the Academy requires a registered account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You may not share your account with others.

4. Content and intellectual property

The Academy contains a mix of original content and educational commentary on established leadership frameworks.

Original content — including practice scripts, the Inner Track, coaching questions, visual designs, audio content, and Prep Templates — is the intellectual property of David Noël / ForChiefs. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially use this content without written permission.

Several frameworks taught in the Academy were developed by third-party authors and are used here for educational purposes with full attribution. These include the Trust Equation (Maister, Green & Galford), the Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument, the Five Stages of Team Development (Bruce Tuckman), and concepts from Patrick Lencioni’s work. See the Credits & Resources section within each framework for original sources and links.

You may use downloadable materials (such as Prep Templates) for your own personal and professional development.

5. Pricing and payment

Access to the Academy is provided under the pricing plan selected at the time of purchase. Prices are listed in euros and include VAT where applicable. Payment is processed at the time of purchase. Founding Member lifetime access is non-recurring.

6. Refund policy

If you are unsatisfied with the Academy, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase, in accordance with EU consumer rights. Contact hi@forchiefs.com.

7. Availability

We aim to keep the Academy available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability.

8. Limitation of liability

The Academy provides educational content for leadership development. It does not constitute professional consulting, legal, or therapeutic advice. We are not liable for decisions made based on Academy content.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Austria. The courts of Vienna have exclusive jurisdiction.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version is always available on this page. Continued use of the Academy after changes constitutes acceptance.
