Usage data: We track which sections and tabs you have viewed to show your progress within the Academy. This data is stored per user and is not shared with third parties.

Contact form data: If you submit a contact form, we collect the information you provide (name, email, message) to respond to your enquiry.

3. Legal basis

We process your data based on:

Contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR): to provide you with access to the Academy and track your progress.

Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR): to improve the Academy and respond to enquiries.

Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR): for any optional cookies or communications.

4. Hosting and data processors

This website is hosted by Netlify, Inc. (USA). Netlify may process server log data (IP address, browser type, access times). Netlify participates in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Our database is provided by Supabase, Inc. (USA). Supabase stores your account and progress data. Supabase participates in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

5. Cookies

This website uses only essential cookies required for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or analytics tools that require consent.

6. Your rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to: access your personal data, correct inaccurate data, delete your data, restrict processing, data portability, and object to processing.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hi@forchiefs.com. We will respond within 30 days.

7. Data retention

Account and progress data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all associated data is deleted within 30 days. Contact form submissions are deleted after 12 months.
