How long is a typical leadership journey?
Most journeys run two to three days of facilitated workshop, spread across one to three months depending on your team’s schedule. Academy access extends beyond that so learning continues.
Can the workshop be customised for our team?
Always. Every journey starts with a conversation about your team’s specific challenges. We select and sequence frameworks based on what will have the most impact for your context.
What’s the ideal team size?
Most workshops work best with 8 to 15 participants. Larger groups are possible with additional facilitators. We’ll recommend the right setup during our initial conversation.
Is it in-person or remote?
Workshops are designed for in-person delivery. The depth of conversation and trust-building works best face to face. The Academy is fully digital and accessible from anywhere.
What languages are available?
Workshops can be delivered in English or German. Academy content is currently in English, with German planned for later this year.
What happens after the workshop?
Your team keeps Academy access for the full programme duration plus three months. Every framework, every audio conversation, every practical tool stays available. When access approaches its end, we’ll discuss extension options.
Can we buy Academy access without the workshop?
Yes. Academy-only access starts at €390 per person per year. That said, we always recommend the facilitated journey when possible. The combination of live experience plus ongoing digital access is where lasting change happens.
